🌟 BK5 Youth Self Kindness Expo Partner: Meet Mirror Echoes
At this year’s Youth Self Kindness Expo, we’re thrilled to introduce Mirror Echoes, a nonprofit that’s turning reflection into revolution.
Founded by sisters Tanishka and Arushi Jain, Mirror Echoes began as a simple idea: help young people see themselves with more kindness. What started small has blossomed into a vibrant movement that blends art, storytelling, and community workshops to promote body positivity and self-acceptance.
🎨 Art That Speaks to the Soul
Mirror Echoes believes that creativity is a powerful mirror. Their workshops invite children and teens to decorate mirrors, craft expressive art pieces, and share personal stories—all designed to help participants embrace their uniqueness. Every brushstroke and glittered frame becomes a reminder: you are enough, just as you are.
đź’¬ Stories That Heal
Through guided storytelling, Mirror Echoes creates safe spaces where young people can explore their identities, share their journeys, and connect with others. These moments of vulnerability often lead to breakthroughs in confidence and self-worth.
🤝 Building a Kinder Community
The heart of Mirror Echoes lies in its community. Whether it’s a school gym filled with painted mirrors or a quiet circle of teens sharing their truths, each gathering is a celebration of individuality and compassion.
As Tanishka and Arushi put it, “We want every young person to look in the mirror and see someone worth loving.”
Come meet Mirror Echoes at the Youth Self Kindness Expo on October 11th at KTUB and experience the joy of seeing yourself through a kinder lens. đź’–
