Can I Get a Connection

In the beginning there is a feeling of chaos and disconnect but when you begin to take One habit or routine to drop-you take that piece of time to focus on just one thing on your priority list. Completing one task will give you more confidence to tackle another. Start with 15 minutes. Use the stopwatch if you need. Some days are better to organize things. Some days are better to have conversations. If possible walk-through a museum when they have their free day of the month. Put it on your calendar so it is always there as a reminder each month just in case you can make it.

The tools and technology that I still rely on the most are a pencil and paper. Note card size seems to work best and then I can cross out and rip off the part that is finished. Very motivating. I use one for business or groceries and necessities and another piece of paper for personal things I want to accomplish.These motions give you building blocks for a new foundation and they give you traction.
